At West Auckland Dental Practice we are committed to the training and development of all members of the Practice, this is done in a variety of ways, both in house and externally.

Since 2001 we have been members of the BDA Good Practice Scheme and in January 2005 we were awarded Investors in People, which we are very proud of.

In the summer of 2007 and in 2010, we were again awarded the Investors in People award.
